The waterfall cascades down from a height of 50 meters, creating a thunderous roar that echoes throughout the narrow valley. The spray greets you from afar. The waterfall plummets down a rocky cliff and crashes into a small pool. It is possible to walk to the waterfall, but expect to be wet. The water is warm and balmy, so it shouldn’t be a problem.
The lush foliage surrounding the waterfall is home to a diverse range of flora and fauna, making it a popular spot for nature lovers. Besides the small bamboo bridge, the environment is entirely natural.
The trek up to the waterfall is equally enchanting. It takes you through a winding path lined with towering coconut trees and swaying palms at the beginning, offering breathtaking views of the valley and the surrounding landscape.
The path then enters the natural forest. And descends steeply to the valley bottom.
Come as early as possible to avoid the crowds. The entrance fee is 20 000 IDR.
