Rivers are lifelines of our planet!
There are many types of river sources, but one of the most beautiful is the limnocrene spring, also called the vaucluse type spring, named after Fontaine-de-Vaucluse in France. Colloquially is also called the lake source.
The Ombla is a short river in Croatia, its course is approximately 30 meters (98 feet) long, and it empties into the Rijeka Dubrovačka embayment of the Adriatic Sea. By many accounts, it is one of the shortest river in the world.
Maybe no other European country has such diverse, yet so preserved rivers as Croatia. Rivers of Croatia are true treasure of this country.
